Foodie Order SRL, headquartered in Thailand, and registered under VAT ID XXXXXXXX, acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through the Next Food mobile application and website.
This policy applies to all users of the Next Food platform, including those interacting via mobile app, website, or social media.
Account creation: email address.
User profile information: name, phone number, delivery address, preferences.
Communication history: messages via chat, email, or phone support.
Billing and additional information: any voluntary data such as photos or invoice details.
Note: Next Food does not store your credit or debit card information. All payment data is handled directly by authorized payment processors.
Usage data: order history, reviews, activity within the app.
Device and connection info: IP address, device type, operating system.
Cookies & tracking technologies: used for core functionality, analytics, and personalization.
Geolocation: collected only with your explicit consent for order tracking purposes.
